What is Duesly?
A management assistant that automatically matches the dues residents pay to their bank transfer receipts. A resident shares the receipt, the system resolves it, the manager approves.
How does matching work?
Amount, name and IBAN are extracted from the receipt. It is matched to the resident by dues code first, then IBAN, then name. If it's ambiguous, the match is queued for manager approval.
Is my data secure?
Each site's data is isolated and only visible to that site's managers. Resident data is only ever shared with the managers of their own site.
Which banks and document formats are supported?
Photo and PDF receipts from various banks are supported. We're constantly expanding support — tell us about the format you encounter.
How do residents join?
The manager generates an invite code for each resident. The resident joins the app with that code and starts sharing receipts.
When will it be available?
We're in early access. Join the list and we'll give you priority notice when we open up.
